Most recently, Boab upgraded our LegalVoice phone system, and the improvements have been significant. The new desktop application is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the flexibility to also use desk phones and mobile devices has greatly improved the way we manage communications across the firm. For our reception team in particular, handling multiple incoming calls at once, the drag-and-drop call transfers has made call handling more efficient.
